Seven habits that help boost the health and prevent the epidemic - (20/03/2020)

( The good daily habits can help you prevent the Covid-19 – A contagious epidemic which is spreading all over the world.
Drinking the warm lemonade to eliminate the toxic substances out of the body and helping increase the metabolism to have a strong immune system.

Carrying the food safety: Choosing the fresh vegetables; eating the cooked foods; preserving the food carefully… are the good habits to prevent the virus.

Washing hand often: this is one of the best ways to protect yourself from germs. You should clean hands before and after cooking, processing garbage or going to the toilet…

Covering mouth, noses whenever coughing and sneezing: Using towel or paper tissues to cover you mouth and noses whenever you cough or sneeze.
Cleaning and sterilizing the surround surfaces: Cleaning the things that we often touch. Because, these things can be easy to be infected by virus and bacterium…
Boosting the immune system: eating many vegetables and fruits; sleeping enough and often doing exercises….

Training our health: Often swimming, doing exercise to help boost the health and increase the resistance effectively.
