(Muinetourism.vn) -  The agritourism model of Phu My dragon fruit garden (Ham My commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan) hosted by Binh Thuan Tourism Promotion Center in cooperation with Ham My commune. This a new product for tourists when traveling to Mui Ne – Phan Thiet.

Visiting the Phu My dragon fruit garden and stopping by Mr. Nguyen Van Chin’s farm, tourists will be listened to all about the dragon fruit like how to grow and take care of it, how to stimulate it to blossom in the off-season and so on. And specially, tourists will have chance to play the role of the local farmers, they themselves directly take part in all the process to grow and harvest the dragon fruit like a professional farmer. In addition, tourist also try the fresh and juicy dragon fruits right at the garden, take beautiful photos with the dragon fruits and buy some products which made of dragon fruit….

With the advantage of more than 80% of the population cultivating dragon fruit, the attraction will be an interesting place for tourists to explore and experience. Besides visiting this place, tourists can visit other places nearby like Ke Ga lighthouse, Mui Ne flying sandunes, Po Sah Inu Tower and the other historical site in Phan Thiet.

The tourist destination is located on the highway 1A, far way from Phan Thiet city about 3Km; the road leading to the tourist destination is cemented, having a spacious parking lot and many instruction signboards. Coming here, tourists also have chance to enjoy the juicy taste of Phu My’s coconut, selfie with the dragon fruit’s mascot or the mini model of Binh Thuan rural area (Lotus pond, cow cart, flower vase, stack of straw, etc).
