Phan Thiet beef rib noodle soup - (02/01/2021)

( - This is a very popular breakfast dish to almost Vietnamese, but the beef noodle in Phan Thiet city is processed in the different way.

To have a delicious beef rib noodle soup, we need to choose all the ingredients carefully. The beef rib has to be the prime quality, this is the ingredient that makes the noodle soup perfectly. Besides, there are also lemongrass, chili,  sugar, a little of curry powder which is used to marinate the beef rib. With all these kinds of simple ingredients, the noodle soup will become extremely tasty and different.

This noodle is commonly eaten with onion, green onion, herbs, banana flower, slice of lime, been sprout, sauce…all will make foodies get a full feeling of the dish. Hai Au restaurant is a good choice for foodies to try this noodle, it is located at 91-92 Hung Vuong street, the restaurant has a large space and friendly staffs, especially the cost is just only 35.000 VND/bowl of noodle.
