Pagodas on Ta Cu Mountain Welcome More Than 18.000 Visitors During Lunar New Year Holiday - (06/02/2017)
(Muinetourism.vn).- From the 1st to the 6th days of Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday 2017, more than 18.000 vacationers have visited pagodas on Ta Cu Mountain, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province.

The number of arrivals to Ta Cu mountain on Lunar New Year holidays has rises over 10% compared to the same period last year. To serve the large amount of holidaymakers, the destination had been decorated with fine ornaments, colorful flags and fresh flowers. Besides, the 21st Ta Cu Mountain Climbing Contest held on the 7th day of Lunar New Year created animated atmosphere, attracting a great number of visitors.

There are two pagodas on Ta Cu mountain, namely Linh Son Truong Tho pagoda (or Ta Cu Mountain pagoda, which is bigger and older) and Linh Son Long Doan pagoda. Ta Cu Mountain pagoda has big Buddha statues, including the statue of Reclining Sakyamuni Buddha – the Asia’s longest lying buddha statue on a mountain top.
