(Muinetourism.vn) - Binh Thuan province has just sent document to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on suggesting the Ministry to consider and put Binh Thuan into to list of localities that are allowed to welcome the international tourists according to the process of the Government to gradually recover the international market after nearly two years of suspension for epidemic prevention and control.

The pilot plan to welcome the international tourists will be implemented through 3 stages. The first stage will be started in January, tourists will get the in-all tour from Tan Son Nhat airport (HCMC) or Cam Ranh airport (Khanh Hoa province) to the accommodations in Ham Tien- Mui Ne (Phan Thiet city). The second stage is from March, tourists can join the combination tour with the other localities after completing the first destination within 7 days. The third stage will open 100 percent to the international market, but this will depends on the situation of pandemic and the valuation of the experts. 

Welcoming the international tourists will be  closely implemented to make sure the safe methods in preventing and controlling covid-19. At present, Binh Thuan has more than 100 tourist accommodations meeting the standard to welcome guests and the vaccination of covid-19 reached 94% of people above 18 years of age. Binh Thuan are ready to welcome tourists safely and effectively.
